Ideal Development Agency (IDA) is a woman driven organisation in the mining prone district of Kendujhar, Odisha, India. The plentifulness of the nature in this region has also another pathetic side with the presence of most defenceless communities suffering with acute poverty.

Caring the Aged, neglected by the families

Anandashram – a core program of Ideal Development Agency (IDA)for the old age persons
has completed 25 years of continuation.The Ashrama gives special emphasis to old age persons both women and men who are from the economically poor families .

EVOLUTION FROM JARASHRAMA TO ANANDASHRAMA

IDA is following Universal Declaration of Human Rights as guiding principle to serve the senior citizens through this old age home program following all legal norms as prescribed for the program. It is the only NGO managed old age home functioning in this region working with ideology of “Manaba seba Hi Madhaba Seba” (“Service to mankind is service to God”).
