Promotion and Income Generation Activities through SHGs

IDA has groomed 350 women Self Help Groups from the vulnerable families, providing trade specific income generation projects to make them good entrepreneur and raising the level of income of their family. 60 SHGs were trained on two specific trades, Food processing(preparation of Badi) and Animal Husbandry. Now 7 SHGs are involved in Badi making,3 SHGs Poultry Farming, 2 SHGs Goat farming and 10 SHGs Mushroom Cultivation.
